Account & Registration

The iRoyal registration process takes less than 2 minutes. Click the button Register at the top of the website or app, then fill in your username, phone number or email address, and set a strong password. You will then receive a verification code via SMS or email. Enter the code to verify your account and you are ready to start playing. Make sure the information entered is accurate as it will be used for identity verification (KYC) when you make your first withdrawal.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at iRoyal. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. During the identity verification (KYC) process, we will verify your date of birth through official documents such as a national ID or passport. Accounts found to have been created by underage users will be terminated immediately.

iRoyal does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The full amount you enter will be credited directly to your account balance. Fund Withdrawal

iRoyal processes withdrawals in a very short time. For fully KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes for eWallets and 1 to 24 hours for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal at iRoyal starts from RM30. The daily maximum limit depends on your membership tier — standard members have different limits compared to VIP members. There are several common reasons why a withdrawal may be rejected or delayed: KYC verification is incomplete, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, bank account details do not match the registered name, or there is activity requiring additional security review. Make sure all your bank account information is accurate and the account holder name must match the name registered at iRoyal. Contact our support team if you need further clarification.
