Terms and Conditions iRoyal — Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to iRoyal. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the iRoyal platform — whether through our official website at iroyal.app or via our mobile app — you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

Use of the iRoyal platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. iRoyal shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized third-party access to your account due to your failure to keep your login information secure.

• Never share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

Deposit

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to clearly stated wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawals are permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, any affected wagers will be fully refunded to your account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the iRoyal platform and may result in immediate account closure, fund freezing, and legal action where necessary:

• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt iRoyal's systems, servers, or infrastructure.
• Sharing your account with or allowing others to use your account.

• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits on the platform.

IRoyal reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Facilitating or confirming fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Actions that harm the interests, reputation, or operations of iRoyal.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves.

Account Closure by Member

You may close your iRoyal account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all valid funds in your account will be returned via your original payment method upon completion of the necessary review.

IRoyal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses caused by equipment failure, internet connectivity issues, or user device problems.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Game outcomes arising from a misunderstanding of the game rules.

IRoyal's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

All content on the iRoyal platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of iRoyal or our content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any iRoyal content without prior written consent.
• Using iRoyal's logos, trade names, or brand imagery for commercial purposes without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Any violation of iRoyal's intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
